It is such a privilege to be asked by customers to bring their ideas for bespoke jewellery to life. After an initial consultation chat I blend the customers brief with my own design ideas. When the design is finalised I provide them with a quote. I can then begin creating their unique piece of jewellery.

Project Name
Interlocking Leaf Necklaces
Brief: To make 3 interlocking detailed silver leaf pendants with Scottish sea glass and Celtic knot detail.

The client was keen to show the connection she felt with her sister and niece whom she had been unable to see for over a year. Her idea was to create 3 unique pendants that fitted snuggly together illustrating the independent strength of all 3 women and the bond they felt when together.
Each pendant is unique and have even been made from 3 different leaves. Each has a piece of sea glass I collected from a local beach and all three are attached to the leaf in their own special way.
Oak and Eucalyptus Leaf Necklace
Brief: To create a pendant that shows the merging of England with Australia. Add motif to depict family members.

The client approached me looking to create a bespoke necklace for his mother. She was born in England and had moved to Australia. The piece was to contain an element that would remind her of him and his two daughters when touched. It should include bright colours aligning with her bubbly and bright personality.

This unique design takes the shape of a young eucalyptus leaf. The surface is printed with real oak leaves. The merging of two iconic plants, one from Australia and one from England. Set in the silver are 3 colourful zirconia gems: a large stone for the client and 2 smaller stones for his daughters.

Silver Leaf and Berry Charm Bracelet
Brief: To create a timeless and delicate bespoke piece of silver jewellery depicting love of nature and plant life. It should contain emerald green birthstones.

This client wanted to help design a 21st birthday gift for her daughter. She had imagined her daughter wearing a bracelet later in life and remembering the close bond she had with her mum. The piece needed to be delicate, classic, and timeless in design.

As both mother and daughter love leaves, I handmade some tiny silver leaves each printed with a real leaf. I added some handcrafted teardrop shaped berry charms set with emerald green coloured zirconia gems. For a more contemporary twist I combined the charms with a sterling silver hammered large link chain.
Silver Snake Necklace
Brief: To design and handmake a minimalist, vegan, snake necklace in silver.
The client wished to create a necklace that fitted well with her zoologist daughter’s passion for animals and her preference for minimalist jewellery. Her daughter had a pet royal python called Lucifer that the client wished to use in the design. It was also important that leather was not used for ethical reasons.
The piece is composed of a fine silver handmade snake that hangs from a vegan leather necklace. The shape of the pendant is based on how a royal python moves and the head shape and skin pattern are also true to life. The pendant hangs on a sterling silver fixing creating a very simple design but beautiful necklace.
