​Ordering handmade jewellery

The jewellery on this site is all handmade by me. As I use real dried flowers and leaves, there will be imperfections in my jewellery. I have tried to make each piece true to the images on my website but flowers, leaves and seeds do vary slightly in size, shape and colour. Position within the piece may also vary slightly. This of course adds to the individuality of each piece of jewellery. This should not affect the quality of the product you receive and I hope it will help you love your chosen piece even more.

My jewellery is not made in bulk so there are only 1 or 2 of each piece available at any time. Please contact me if an item is out of stock as I may be able to make it for you.

How do I care for my resin jewellery?

To prolong the life of your jewellery, store it in a jewellery box. Resin can be light sensitive and discolour over time if stored in direct sunlight. Before storing, clean your jewellery to remove oils picked up from your skin.

​

To clean your resin jewellery gently wipe with a soft damp cloth dipped in warm (never hot!) water. A little washing up liquid may be used in the water. Immersing resin in water for long periods of time will cause damage.

Care should be taken when wearing your resin jewellery. Do not wear whilst sleeping, swimming, showering/bathing or exercising. Avoid spraying directly with perfume.

Delivery

In stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery is by Royal mail for UK mainland. Allow 3 - 5 working days from dispatch to receive your purchase.

Deliveries to the EU mainland are by Royal Mail International Tracked service. Your purchase should be with you 3 - 5 working days after dispatch. 

I am currently unable to deliver outside UK and EU.

Collect from Bonnyrigg

If you opt to collect, I will contact you when your purchase is ready for collection. This is usually within 48 hours for in stock items.. A suitable collection time will be agreed. 

If you do not collect your purchase I will hold it for a maximum of 7 days before refunding your payment.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Credit card and debit card payments are handled securely by Wix Payments. I can also accept payments through PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

Should your jewellery arrive in a less than perfect condition, I will of course expect you to return it. I will be happy to replace the item or refund the purchase price and delivery value. Please return in the same packaging (unless packaging is severely damaged). Some of my jewellery is completely unique and therefore cannot be replaced like for like. In this instance, another item may be selected for the same purchase price if preferred.

Not happy with your purchase and want to return it? You can return the item to me up to 14 days after you receive it. I can of course only accept items that are in perfect condition. The full purchase price will be refunded onto the card you paid with. Postage and packaging should be paid for by the purchaser. I cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty due to hygiene guidelines.

Privacy Policy

Your payment details will not be held by me after your purchase has been dispatched. Your personal details will never be sold on or passed on to any other individual or company.
